Confirmation: Customer service will review your application within 24 hours and provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return address.

Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the original payment account. Processing time varies depending on the bank or payment institution, generally taking 5–7 business days to arrive.

  1. Shipping Costs: For returns/exchanges due to product quality issues or incorrect shipments, return shipping costs will be borne by bayenond.shop.

For returns/exchanges due to personal reasons, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
